Italy is such beautiful place with so many interesting things. There are many bodies of water and also many humongous mountains. One of my favorite mountains of Italy is the Alps Mountain. It is very long and stretches for many miles. Also, I will introduce to you the many natural resources and crops Italy has to offer and their uses. All in all, Italy is so wonderful and interesting. Italy is a historical place and it's absolute location is about 41.8719°N 12.5674°E. Southern Europe is North,South,West and east of Italy. The physical map of Italy as shown below is figure 1. The 2 MAJOR bodies of water are A). Po river flows 405 MILES that's really long (Figure 2). B). Arno river is 105 miles long, (Figure 3). Figure 4 is the Alps mountain. It is one of the longest mountain ranges. It is so long that it stretches 705 miles. The Etna mountain (Figure 5) stretches 3,329 miles and 10,922 feet. summer temperatures in Italy can reach up to 90°F. Natural resources are coal (Figure 6), mercury (Figure 7) and marble (Figure 8). Coal is used for fuel, mercury is believed to make medicines and marble is used to make decoration. Figure 9 shows a tommato one of Italy's many crops. some other ones are wheat and rice (Figure 10 and Figure 11). The terrain of Italy is extending to the central mediterranean sea which is northeast of Tunisia also Italy is most rugged and mountainous (meaning lots of mountains). The amount of land used for agriculture is 11% and arable is 36%. The total area of Italy is 116,347mi square. Italy has lots of air pollution the government is just making it keep on coming by building factories and places that release polluted air. Italy has 60,656,000 inhabiters. The landforms and bodies are getting affected the occupations of Italy by affecting the land by them all getting used to build other things like factories. Now we are moving onto Economy....
